Meet Nick & Krizia
Dayton Home Care was built on a simple idea:
senior care should feel like home—personal, peaceful, and truly attentive.
We’re Nick and Krizia, proud San Carlos residents raising our family in this community, and the owners of Dayton Home Care. For us, caring for the elderly isn’t just a profession—it’s something deeply rooted in our lives.
Krizia’s mother has been a nurse for over 50 years, serving as a Director of Nursing at some of the largest senior care facilities in the Bay Area. Her dedication, leadership, and compassion set the standard for what quality care should look like—and her influence is at the core of everything we do.
Through her example, we gained a unique perspective:
while larger facilities can provide structure, they often lack the personal connection and attention that truly make a difference in someone’s daily life.
Why Dayton Home Care
With over 35 years of combined experience and as licensed RCFE administrators, we opened Dayton Home Care in 2022 with a clear purpose—
to create a more intimate, home-centered alternative to traditional senior living.
Our 6-bed home allows us to focus on what matters most:
A Home in Every Sense
At Dayton Home Care, we’ve created a space that feels warm, open, and peaceful.
Our home is filled with natural light and includes a backyard where residents can enjoy fresh air and quiet moments. Daily life is centered around comfort and connection—from morning movement and gardening to games, conversation, movie nights, and meals made with care.
Families often tell us the same thing when they visit:
“This feels like a real home.”
